If the item you want has sold out but it has the symbol coming soon , you can register your email address and we will let you know as soon as it becomes available, within 14 days of your registration. This process does not reserve the item.

Delivery methods and costs

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

Delivery options:

Home delivery:

Domestic delivery - 27 SAR / FREE (Orders over 500 SAR)

International delivery - 50 SAR / FREE (Orders over 700 SAR)

The estimated delivery time will be between 3-5 working days (within Saudi Arabia), depending on the delivery address.

The estimated delivery time for international orders will be between 7-10 working days, depending on the delivery address.

If you have purchased as a registered user, you can modify the delivery address by accessing your order details in your account; if and when the order status allows to do so.

The time frames shown above will be extended for remote areas.

Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.

You will receive email updates on the status of your order.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

How to return

You have 7 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from uniformscloset.com free of charge. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.

Here is the option for returning your item(s):

Home collection:

You can request the return by sending an email to info@uniformscloset.com, We will send you information for your return and contact the courier to pick up your package at your address.

Remember that you must send the items you wish to return within 7 days from the shipping date of your purchase before the return period expires.

How to exchange

You have 7 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase from uniformscloset.com free of charge. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.

If you prefer to exchange it for another item, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase.

Refund

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
