Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Please note that Uniforms Closet reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Please note that tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
The Uniforms Closet is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or additional charges applied to international orders.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
The Uniforms Closet is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting your claim.
International Shipping Policy
International orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days after the order has been processed and shipped.
When placing an order outside of Saudi Arabia, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with the import regulations of the destination country.
The recipient acts as the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival of the shipment.
Uniforms Closet has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost in advance.

If a shipment is refused due to customs charges, the original shipping fees and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Customs policies vary by country, and customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timelines.
Please note that free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
Customs & Local Regulations
Your local customs office may require additional documents or additional processing time to clear your shipment, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Customers are responsible for checking local customs regulations and restricted items before placing an order. Uniforms Closet cannot be held responsible for items restricted or prohibited in the destination country.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Some banks may charge foreign transaction fees once payment has been processed.
